活血化瘀法治疗功能性便秘的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the treatment of functional constipation with the method of invigorate the circulation of blood

目的系统评价活血化瘀法治疗功能性便秘的有效性。方法检索活血化瘀法治疗功能性便秘的随机对照研究试验(RCT),提取数据以及方法学质量评价后应用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入21篇RCT文献,共1594例患者。试验组(活血化瘀法)804例,对照组(常规治疗)790例。经治疗后,试验组总有效率(OR=4.86,95%Cl:3.57~6.62,P<0.01)、主要症状积分(MD=-1.47,95%Cl:-1.92~-1.02,P<0.01)优于对照组;试验组复发率(OR=0.17,95%CI:0.05~0.51,P<0.01)低于对照组。结论活血化瘀法治疗功能性便秘的疗效优于常规治疗。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of invigorate the circulation of blood to treat functional constipation. Methods To retrieve the randomized controlled trial(RCT) of functional constipation by invigorate the circulation of blood method, extract the data and evaluate the quality of the method, and then use Revman5.3 software for Meta analysis. Results A total of 21 RCT literatures were included, with a total of 1 594 patients. There were 804 cases in the experimental group(invigorate the circulation of blood) and 790 cases in the control group(conventional treatment). After treatment, the overall efficacy of the experimental group(OR = 4.86, 95% Cl: 3.57 ~ 6.62, P < 0.01), the main symptom score(MD =-1.47, 95% CI:-1.92~-1.02, P < 0.01) were excellent compared with the control group;the recurrence rate of the experimental group(OR = 0.17, 95% Cl: 0.05 ~ 0.51, P < 0.01) was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The effect of invigorate the circulation of blood on functional constipation is better than conventional treatment.
