摘要
为提高乘用车的操纵稳定性及乘坐舒适性,对主动悬架高度控制系统控制策略进行研究。根据主动悬架高度控制系统的工作原理,采用基于“模型设计”的开发流程,并对主动悬架高度控制器系统结构进行分析,开发了包含随速控制模块、手动控制模块和升降控制模块的主动悬架高度控制系统控制策略。通过仿真及台架试验表明,开发的主动悬架高度控制系统的控制策略能够有效地调节悬架的高度。
In order to improve the handling stability and ride comfort of passenger cars,the control strategy of active suspension height control system is studied in this paper.According to the working principle of active suspension height control system,the development process based on“model design”is adopted,the system structure of active suspension height controller is analyzed,and the control strategy of active suspension height control system including speed control module,manual control module and lifting control module is developed.The simulation and bench test show that the control strategy of the active suspension height control system developed in this paper can effectively adjust the suspension height.
