多楔带轮对齐度的校核

摘要 以某柴油机曲轴皮带轮和水泵皮带轮之间的传动为例,分析影响多楔带轮对齐度的因素,确定满足对齐度要求的平行度误差。建立装配尺寸链,采用RSS(Root sum of squared)概率法和极值法分别计算两带轮中心面的轴向偏差,校核结果均满足要求。 Taking the driving system between crank pulley and water pump pulley of a diesel engine as a research object,the paper analyzes the influence factor of coplanar requirement;determine the axial alignment tolerance limits between two pulleys.Establishing assembly dimension chain,using RSS and worst-case tolerance stack ups to calculate,the results show that the requirements are met.
