摘要
主要介绍了拖拉机液压元件缸泵阀综合性能试验台的设计背景、系统构成、软件设计与积极效果。本试验台基于数字化、智能化的硬件设计来模拟液压元件缸泵阀在拖拉机上的工作过程,通过由交流变频调速电机驱动、PLC数据自动采集与LabVIEW软件实现了整个试验过程的控制。经过验证,完全满足试验技术需要,安全可靠,使用效果良好。
This paper mainly introduces the design background,system composition,software design and positive effect of the comprehensive performance test-bed of tractor hydraulic component cylinder pump valve.Based on digital and intelligent hardware design,this test-bed simulates the working process of hydraulic component cylinder pump valve on tractor;driven by AC variable frequency speed regulation motor,PLC automatic data acquisition and LabVIEW software realize the control of the whole test process.After verification,the effect is good,fully meets the technical needs of the test and is safe and reliable.
