突发公共卫生事件中护士核心应急能力培养体系的构建与实践--以南京中医药大学为例

Construction and Practice of the Training System of Core Emergency Response Capacity for Nurses in Dealing with Public Health Emergencies--Take Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

公共卫生安全是国家安全的核心问题之一,护士在疫情防控和生命救治中发挥了重要作用。为提高护士应对突发公共卫生事件的核心能力,针对当下我国高校护理人才培养中存在的问题,以南京中医药大学为例,探索建立需求导向、强化能力、服务公共卫生的教学理念,以“平时强能力,疫时能应急”为核心能力培养目标,围绕应对突发公共卫生事件中护士核心应急能力的培养,构建护士核心应急能力培养体系,开展护理综合实践能力改革,为强化护理学专业本科生在突发公共卫生事件中核心应急能力的培养提供借鉴。

Public health is the core of current national security,and nurses play an important role in epidemic prevention and control,as well as life saving treatment.In order to improve the core capacity of nurses in responding to public health emergencies,and to address the current problems in the cultivation of nursing talents in China's universities,we explored and put forward the teaching concept of"demand oriented,ability strengthening,and public health service"by taking Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example.Besides,with the core capacity training goal of"strengthening capacity in normal times for better responding to emergencies in times of epidemic",this study focuses on the core capacity of nurses in responding to public health emergencies,constructs a nursing core capacity training system,and carries out comprehensive nursing practice capacity reform to provide reference for enhancing the core capacity training for nursing undergraduates in dealing with public health emergencies.
