Research progress on the effect of depression on the outcome of spinal surgery

脊柱退变性疾病的发病率在我国逐年升高,并趋向年轻化和复杂化,保守治疗效果欠佳的患者往往需要手术治疗。影响手术预后的因素较多,包括年龄、体重、病程时间、术前神经功能状态、术前心理状态(抑郁、焦虑等)、手术方式等,其中大约1/3接受脊柱手术的患者术前会出现抑郁、焦虑等心理健康问题,据估计背痛患者的抑郁症患病率是普通人群的2~3倍。

There are many factors that affect the postoperative effect of spinal surgery,among which preoperative psychological state has attracted wide attention.There are few studies on the effect of preoperative depression on the outcome of spinal surgery.Timely evaluation of the preoperative psychological state and targeted guidance intervention can improve the surgical effect.This article reviews the research progress on the effect of preoperative depression on the postoperative outcome of spinal surgery.
