我国骨缺损修复的成就与展望 被引量:3

摘要 高能量创伤后常可导致严重的肢体骨组织缺损,成为骨科创伤修复领域亟待解决的难题。国内相关课题组从骨缺损致伤原因和损伤机制出发,通过揭示骨髓间充质干细胞、骨形态发生蛋白等细胞和因子的促成骨机制,研究生物骨修复支架和人工骨修复支架对骨传导的关键作用,创立出骨缺损修复的新理念、新技术、新方法和新材料,为提高肢体战创伤救治水平做出重要贡献。本文结合课题组的研究方向,总结了近年来我国骨缺损修复研究领域取得的系列发展成就,展望了未来需要重点关注的研究方向,为促进骨损伤修复领域的发展提供有益的参考。 High-energy trauma can often lead to severe bone tissue defects in the limbs,which has become an urgent problem in the field of orthopedic trauma repair.Based on the cause and mechanism of bone defect injury,relevant domestic research groups have explored the bone formation mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,bone morphogenetic protein and other cells and factors to study the important effects of biological bone repair scaffolds and artificial bone repair scaffolds on bone conduction.New concepts,new technologies,new methods and new materials have been created for bone defect repair,which has made important contributions to improving the treatment of limb warfare injuries.In combination with the research direction of the research group,this article summarizes a series of development achievements in the field of bone defect repair in our country in recent years,looks forward to the future research directions that need to be focused on,and provides a useful reference for promoting the development of bone injury repair.
