中医经筋对人体心功能影响探析

Influence of meridian tendons of TCM on human cardiac function

经筋是中医经络学说的重要组成部分,是中医体系中的“外周运动系统”。文献研究显示,运动疗法正成为人体心功能康复的核心疗法,经筋组织在其中所发挥的作用不容忽视。本文从生理、解剖、结筋病灶点三个角度,阐明了在人体心功能发生障碍的渐进过程中经筋的重要作用。经筋会由于长期劳损、姿势代偿性变化出现结筋病灶点,进而限制胸廓的活动范围、降低胸椎活动度,吸气肌肉频率和功率力量需求降低,直接改变经筋的长度张力关系。这种因经筋损伤导致的运动效率降低及胸腔结构的潜在变化,会降低心脏活动效率进而影响心功能。基于此,文章提出以下设想:①心功能较弱的群体,经筋上会被触诊到较多的结筋病灶点,其出现频次与心功能呈相关性;②通过针刺或其他解除卡压的方法应用于结筋病灶点,将有助于改善心功能。

The meridian tendons are an important part of the meridian theory of TCM and the“peripheral movement system”in the TCM system.Literature studies have shown that exercise therapy is becoming the core therapy for the recovery of human cardiac function,and the meridian tendons play a significant role.This article clarifies the importance of meridian tendons in the gradual process of human cardiac dysfunction from three perspectives:physiology,anatomy,and tendon lesions.Meridian tendons will have the lesions due to long-term strain and compensatory changes in posture,which will limit the range of thoracic motion,reduce thoracic spine mobility,reduce inspiratory muscle frequency and power requirements,and directly change the length tension relationship of the meridian tendons.This reduction in exercise efficiency and potential changes in the structure of thoracic cavity caused by meridian tendon injury will reduce the efficiency of cardiac activity and affect cardiac function.In view of this,the article proposes the following assumptions:①People with weaker cardiac function will be palpated with more tendon lesions on the meridians,and the frequency of occurrence is correlated with cardiac function;②Relieving the compression of tendon lesions through acupuncture or other therapies will help improve cardiac function.
