摘要
近年注射用聚山梨酯80引起类过敏反应的报道频发,其安全性受到了极大的关注。但绝大多数研究认为引起这种类过敏反应的物质基础是聚山梨酯80,且发生机制也不明确。本文对导致类过敏反应的物质基础提出异议,认为聚山梨酯80中的大分子杂质才是参与类过敏反应的主要物质基础,并且认为类过敏反应属于固有免疫反应。
In recent years,there have been frequent reports of polysorbate 80 for injection causing anaphylactoid reactions,and its safety has drawn great attention.However,most studies believe that the material basis of anaphylactoid reactions is polysorbate 80,and the mechanism is not clear.This article raises an objection to the material basis that causes anaphylactoid reactions.It is believed that the macromolecular impurities in polysorbate 80 are the main material basis participating in anaphylactoid reactions,and anaphylactoid reactions are innate immune responses.
