Exploration on the Calculation Model of Standard Technical Labor Value of Medical Personnel Based on the Technical Difficulty and Risk Degree of Medical Service Items

医疗服务项目技术难度和风险程度是体现医务人员技术劳务价值的关键要素,但如何使用技术难度和风险程度要素仍未形成统一模式,其直接影响医疗服务项目的人力成本测算和价格形成。基于医疗服务项目技术难度和风险程度的基本内涵,开展医疗服务项目医务人员技术劳务价值测算模式探索,提出技术难度和风险程度的综合技术劳务指数测算路径并实证分析,为医疗服务项目技术难度和风险程度应用模式研究提供参考依据和研究思路,以推动医疗服务成本与价格改革。

The technical difficulty and risk degree of medical service items are the key factors to reflect the value of the technical labor of medical personnel.However,how to use the technical difficulty and risk degree factors has not formed a unified model,which directly affects the human cost calculation and price formation of medical service items.Based on the basic connotation of medical service item difficulty and risk degree,the ways to measure the value of technical labor of medical personnel is explored under medical service items,and the way of measuring technical difficulty and risk degree are proposed and empirically analyzed.It provides a reference basis and the research thought for the application mode research on the technical difficulty and degree of risk of the item,and promotes cost and price reform of medical services.
