马齿苋提取物对蛋鸡免疫功能、抗氧化能力及产蛋性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of purslane extract on immune function,antioxidant capacity and laying performance of laying hens

摘要 试验旨在研究马齿苋提取物(POLE)对蛋鸡免疫功能、抗氧化能力及产蛋性能的影响。选取26周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。1组(对照组)、2组、3组和4组蛋鸡饮水中分别添加0、0.5、1.0和2.0 g/L POLE。结果显示:POLE各浓度组蛋鸡的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-10含量均极显著或显著高于1组(P<0.01或P<0.05),2组和3组蛋鸡血清白细胞介素-1β和白细胞介素-6含量均极显著或显著低于1组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。POLE各浓度组蛋鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总抗氧化能力和过氧化氢酶活性均极显著或显著高于1组(P<0.01或P<0.05),丙二醛含量极显著或显著低于1组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。POLE各浓度组蛋鸡产蛋率和平均日产蛋重均极显著高于1组(P<0.01),平均日采食量显著高于1组(P<0.05),料蛋比显著低于1组(P<0.05)。POLE各浓度组鸡蛋的蛋白高度、哈夫单位和蛋壳厚度均极显著高于1组(P<0.01),2组和3组蛋形指数极显著高于1组(P<0.01),4组蛋黄颜色极显著高于1组(P<0.01)。研究表明,POLE能够提高蛋鸡免疫、抗炎和抗氧化能力,改善产蛋性能和蛋品质。 The experiment was to study the effect of purslane extract(POLE)on immune function,antioxidant capacity and laying performance of laying hens.24026-week-old Hyline brown commercial laying hens were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 20 laying hens in each replicate.0,0.5,1.0 and 2.0 g/L POLE were added to the drinking water of laying hens in group 1(control group),group 2,group 3 and group 4,respectively.The results showed that the content of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,interleukin-2 and interleukin-10 in POLE groups were extremely or significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05)higher than those in group 1,the content of serum interleukin-1βand interleukin-6 POLE in group 2 and group 3 were extremely or significantly lower than those in group 1(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Serum levels of total superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase,total antioxidant capacity and catalase in POLE group were extremely or significantly higher than those in group 1(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The concent of malondialdehyde in POLE groups was extremely or significantly or lower than that in group 1(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The laying rate and average daily egg weight in POLE groups were extremely higher than that in group 1(P<0.01),the average daily feed intake was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).The protein height,haugh unit and eggshell thickness in POLE groups were extremely higher than those in group 1(P<0.01),the egg shape index in group 2 and group 3 was extremely higher than that in group 1(P<0.01),and the yolk color in group 4 was extremely higher than that in group 1(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that the purslane extract can improve the immune,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacity of laying hens,improve laying performance and egg quality.
