小球藻和雨生红球藻对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼生长性能、中肾抗氧化及组织结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究饵料中添加小球藻粉和雨生红球藻粉对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼生长、抗氧化能力和中肾组织结构的影响。选取540尾珍珠龙胆石斑鱼,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复60尾。DZ组鱼饲喂基础饵料,试验组分别在基础饵料中添加10%小球藻粉(Chl组)、10%雨生红球藻粉(Hap组)。试验期60 d。结果显示:试验第15 d,与DZ组相比,Chl组和Hap组鱼的增重率、特定生长率、肝体比(HSI)、脾体比和肥满度差异不显著(P>0.05);试验第60 d,Hap组鱼的HSI为4.95%,显著高于DZ组(P<0.05)。试验第15 d和60 d时,Hap组鱼的中肾碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性均显著高于DZ组(P<0.05);试验第60 d时,Chl组鱼的CAT活性显著低于DZ组(P<0.05)。显微镜观察发现,DZ组肾小管上皮细胞出现轻度玻璃样变性,部分近曲小管和远曲小管的上皮细胞细胞核消退;Chl组和Hap组细胞结构完整,未见明显组织病变。研究表明,在饵料中添加小球藻和雨生红球藻可以提高珍珠龙胆石斑鱼抗氧化能力,修复组织损伤,对生长性能无明显影响。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of Chlorella powder and Haematococcus pluvialis on growth,antioxidant capacity and midkidney tissue structure of juvenile Epinephelus lanceolatus♂×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀.A total of 540 fish were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates in each group and 60 fish in each replicate.Fish in DZ group were fed with a basal diet,fish in experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 10%Chlorella powder(Chl group)and 10%Haematococcus pluvialis powder(Hap group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 d.The results showed that compared with DZ group,on 15 d there were no significant differences in weight gain rate,specific growth rate,liver body ratio,spleen body ratio and fatness between Chl group and Hap group(P>0.05).On 60 d,HSI of Hap group was 4.95%,which was significantly higher than that of DZ group(P<0.05).On 15 and 60 d,the activity of AKP in middle kidney of Hap group was significantly higher than that of DZ group(P<0.05).On 60 d,CAT activity in Chl group was significantly lower than that in DZ group(P<0.05).Microscopic observation showed that the epithelial cells of renal tubules in DZ group showed mild hyaline degeneration,the nuclei of epithelial cells of some proximal and distal convoluted tubules disappeared.The cell structure of Chl group and Hap group was intact without obvious tissue lesion.The experiment indicates that the addition of Chlorella vulgaris and Haematococcus pluvialis in juvenile Epinephelus lanceolatus♂×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀diet can improve the antioxidant function and repair the tissue damage,but has no significant effect on the growth performance of fish.
