摘要 试验旨在优化博落回提取工艺。博落回果荚粉经过酸水提取、碱沉析晶得初提物,经溶剂提取、脱色、浓缩、结晶得博落回提取物。结果显示:博落回最佳提取条件为粉碎博落回果荚,使用0.5%硫酸溶液70℃搅拌提取4次,浸提1.5 h,一次浸提液料比为20 mL/g,其他3次浸提液料比为10 mL/g;初提物在90%乙醇中加热回流提取两次,两次浸提液料比为5 mL/g,浸提时间为1 h,一次提取液使用0.1%(质量体积比)活性炭进行脱色,浓缩,pH值调至2~3,低温析晶1.5 h,过滤、干燥后可获得博落回提取物。研究表明,最佳工艺条件下,博落回提取物含量高于60%,溶剂可回收,工艺简单,易于工业化生产。 The experiment was to optimize extraction technology of Macleaya cordata.Macleaya cordata were extracted from pods with sulfuric acid solution,alkali-precipitated and crystallized to obtain the primary extract,the Macleaya cordata extract was obtained by solvent extraction,decolorization,concentration and crystallization.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the pod was crushed and extracted with 0.5%sulfuric acid solution stirred for four times at 70℃for 1.5 h.The liquid to soild ratio of the first extract was 20 m L/g,and liquid to soild ratio of the other three extracts was 10 m L/g.The initial extract was extracted by reflux in 90%ethanol twice,liquid to soild ratio of material to material of the two extracts was 5 m L/g,the extraction time was 1 h.The first extract was decolorized with 0.1%(mass volume ratio)activated carbon,concentrated.The p H value was adjusted to 2~3,and the crystallization was conducted at low temperature for 1.5 h.The experiment indicates that under the optimal process conditions,the extract content of Macleaya cordata is more than 60%,the organic solvent will be recycled,and the craft is simple and easier produced on industrialized level.
