摘要
角蛋白能够对角质组织的一些特有功能提供结构基础和保护,抵御不利环境因素的影响。蹄趾的角质是由表皮细胞通过一系列复杂的分化过程(角质化)形成的。蹄表皮的角质化可以被各种各样生物活性分子以及激素控制和调整。表皮细胞分化过程和营养流动的管控是决定蹄角质质量和功能完整性的关键因素。表皮细胞角质化过程中会减少微量元素的供应导致低质量角质产生,进而增加因环境因素导致的反刍动物蹄部损伤的可能性。文章综述微量元素对角质化过程的影响,为微量元素在反刍动物蹄部角化组织中的应用提供参考。
Keratin can provide the structural foundation and protection for specific functions of keratinocytes against a variety of adverse environmental factors.The keratin of hoof toe is formed by epidermal cells through a complex differentiation process called keratinization.The keratinization of hoof epidermis can be controlled and regulated by a variety of bioactive molecules and hormones.The management and control of differentiation process and nutrient flow of epidermis cells are the key factors determining the quality and functional integrity of hoof cutin.Keratinization of epidermal cells reduces the supply of trace elements,leading to the production of low quality keratinization,thus increasing likelihood of ruminant hoof damage due to environmental factors.The paper reviews the effect of trace elements on keratinization,to provide reference for the application of trace elements in keratinization of hooves of ruminants.
