摘要
目的:探讨以失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)模式为基础的正向促进式健康教育对肝癌患者的影响。方法:选择2019年9月1日~2020年2月29日收治的45例肝癌患者作为对照组,采用常规护理;选择2020年3月1日~12月31日收治的45例肝癌患者作为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施以FMEA模式为基础的正向性促进式健康教育。比较两组干预前后自我感受负担[采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、不确定感[采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)]、负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[采用癌症治疗功能评价系统-共性模块(FACT-G)]及依从性。结果:干预后,两组FACT-G评分均高于干预前(P<0.01,P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组SPBS、MUIS、SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组依从性优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对肝癌患者采取以FMEA模式为基础的正向促进式健康教育,可有效缓解患者的自我感受负担、不确定感、负性情绪,提高患者对治疗护理康复的依从性,从而提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of positive health education based on FMEA model in patients with liver cancer.Methods:A total of 45 cases of liver cancer patients admitted during September 1,2019 to February 29,2020 were selected as the control group.The control group adopted the conventional method and 45 cases of liver cancer patients admitted during March 1 to December 31,2020 were as the observation group.The observation group adopted the FMEA mode based positive promoting health education on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on self perceived burden by SPBS sense of uncertainty by MUIS,negative emotions by SAS and SDS,the quality of life by FACT-G and compliance.Results:After intervention,the FACT-G scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.01,P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the SPBS,MUIS,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01,P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The compliance in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Adoption of positive health education based on FMEA model for patients with liver cancer can effectively relieve their self-perceived burden,sense of uncertainty and negative emotions,improve their compliance with treatment,nursing and rehabilitation,and further improve their quality of life.
