行为护理在新生儿黄疸中的效果观察与对母乳喂养率的影响分析

Observation of the effect of behavioral nursing in neonatal jaundice and analysis of its influence on breastfeeding rate

目的分析行为护理在新生儿黄疸中的效果与对母乳喂养率的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2021年2月期间徐州矿务集团第一医院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿76例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施行为护理,对比2组患儿护理前后外周血检验指标[血清总胆红素(TBil)、外周血红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)],家属的护理满意度以及母乳喂养情况。结果护理后,观察组患儿的TBil明显低于对照组,RBC、Hb、HCT明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属的护理满意度为94.74%,明显高于对照组的71.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的纯母乳喂养率为78.95%,明显高于对照组的47.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿实施行为护理,可以改善患儿的外周血检验指标,提高患儿家属对护理的满意度,提高新生儿纯母乳喂养率。

Objective To analyze the effect of behavioral nursing in neonatal jaundice and its influence on breastfeeding rate.Methods A total of 76 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing care,and the observation group performed behavioral care on the basis of the control group.Compare the two groups of children before and after the care of the peripheral blood test indicators[serum total bilirubin(TBil),peripheral red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT)],family care satisfaction and breastfeeding condition.Results After nursing,the TBil of the children in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the RBC,Hb,and HCT were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was 94.74%,It was significantly higher than 71.05%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The exclusive breastfeeding rate of children in the observation group was 78.95%,which was significantly higher than the 47.37%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of behavioral care for children with neonatal jaundice can improve the peripheral blood test indicators of the children,increase the satisfaction of the families of the children with the nursing,and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding of the newborns.
