SDBS插层水滑石改性环氧树脂的阻燃性能研究

摘要 基于MgAl水滑石(MgAl-NO_(3)-LDHs),分别采用共沉淀法和离子交换法合成十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)插层水滑石SDBS-LDHs(co)和SDBS-LDHs(ie);将3种LDHs分别加入环氧树脂(EP)中经加热、研磨、固化制成EP/SDBS-LDHs复合材料,并研究了复合材料的阻燃性能。经XRD、SEM和EDX分析表明,该复合材料为含有Mg、Al及S、N、O等的SDBS插层水滑石。TG-DTA分析表明,SDBS插层水滑石SDBS-LDHs的热稳定性明显高于SDBS。阻燃性能研究表明:复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)随着LDHs阻燃剂添加量的增加而提高;EP/SDBS-LDHs(co)的LOI高于EP/SDBS-LDHs(ie);相对于纯EP,添加10%的SDBS-LDHs(co)阻燃剂后,复合材料的LOI由19.1%提高到24.8%。 Based on MgAl hydrotalcite(MgAl-NO_(3)-LDHs),sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)intercalated hydrotalcite SDBS-LDHs(co)and SDBS-LDHs(ie)were synthesized by coprecipitation and ion exchange,respectively.Add three kinds of LDHs into epoxy resin(EP)respectively,and then EP/SDBS-LDHs composite was prepared after heating,grinding and curing.The flame retardancy of the composites was also studied.XRD,SEM and EDX analysis showed that the composite was SDBS intercalated hydrotalcite containing Mg,Al,s,N,O,etc.TG-DTA analysis showed that the thermal stability of SDBS intercalated hydrotalcite SDBS LDHs is significantly higher than that of SDBS.The study of flame retardancy showed that the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the composites increased with the increase of the amount of LDHs flame retardant.The LOI of EP/SDBS-LDHs(co)was higher than that of EP/SDBS-LDHs(ie).Compared with pure EP,the LOI of the composite increased from 19.1%to 24.8%after adding 10%EP/SDBS-LDHs(ie)flame retardant.
