摘要
通过在双壁波纹管外壁材料中添加阻燃剂,内壁材料中添加抗菌剂、防静电剂,制备了一种新型阻燃抗菌防静电PE双壁新风波纹管。对阻燃剂、抗菌剂、防静电剂在PE中的添加量进行了配方优化,试验结果表明,当阻燃剂添加量为10%时,阻燃等级为HB;抗菌剂添加量为4%时,抗菌率>99%;防静电剂添加量为1%时,表面电阻率为1×10^(9)Ω。并对按优化配方制备的阻燃抗菌防静电双壁新风波纹管的性能进行测试,结果表明,该新型抗菌阻燃防静电PE双壁新风波纹管同时具有良好的力学性能。
In this paper,a new type of flame retardant,antibacterial and antistatic PE double-wall fresh air bellows was prepared by adding flame retardant to the outer layer material and antibacterial and antistatic agent to the inner layer material.The formula of flame retardant,antibacterial agent and antistatic agent in PE was optimized.The experiment result showed that when the amount of flame retardant was 10%,the flame retardant grade was HB.When the amount of antibacterial agent was 4%,the antibacterial rate was higher than 99%.When the amount of antistatic agent was 1%,the surface resistivity was 1×10^(9)Ω.The properties of flame retardant,anti-bacterial and anti-static double-wall fresh air bellows prepared with optimized formular was further tested.The results showed that the new anti-bacterial and anti-static PE double-wall fresh air bellows had good mechanical properties.
