乡村振兴视野下西南民族地区大学生乡村创业的困境及策略

On College Students’Entrepreneurship in Southwestern Ethnic Areas from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Dilemmas and Strategies

党的十九大报告首次提出实施乡村振兴战略,乡村振兴离不开人才的支撑。近年来,西南民族地区大学生返乡创新创业的占比不断升高,为推进当地农业供给侧结构性改革、活跃农村经济发挥了重要作用,但也存在大学生乡村创业需求模式日趋多样化,乡村建设主体减少导致大学生乡村创业适宜劳动力供给不足,乡村创业政策帮扶及大学生自身创业素质不足等现实困境。为此,应采取以下三个方面的策略:一是促进一二三产业融合,打造民族地区农业创业项目;二是搭建科学的民族地区创业政策平台,完善乡村创业政策扶持体系;三是加强高校大学生科学的系统的创业教育。

The report of the 19^(th) National Congress of the Communist Party of China initially put forward the implementation of the rural revitalization.In recent years,the proportion of college students returning to their hometowns for innovation and entrepreneurship in southwestern ethnic areas has been increasing,thus contributing to the structural reform of the local agricultural supply side and the rural economy.However,some problems emerge on account of three factors:the multiple forms of entrepreneurship demand on the part of college students;the shortage of suitable labor supply for college students’rural entrepreneurship due to the reduction of the main body of the rural construction;the ineffective rural entrepreneurship policies and the scant entrepreneurial quality of college students.In this case,corresponding measures have been proposed in this regard,including the industrial convergence,the sound supporting policies for the rural entrepreneurship and the proper entrepreneurship education for college students.
