“双高”背景下网络空间安全人才培养体系的建设路径

On Establishment of Training System for Cyberspace Security Personnel under the Background of the Double High-Level Initiative

本文在职业教育“双高”建设背景下,调研分析了目前我国网络安全人才的市场需求与岗位能力需求,结合网络空间安全一级学科的人才培养目标,从人才培养体系、实训基地建设、课程体系、1+X证书等方面提出了因地制宜、循序渐进、产教融合构建网络安全技术专业人才培养体系的实施建议,为高职学校后续筹建网络空间安全学院、创办网络空间安全技术专业群提供建设思路。

Under the background of the Double High-level Initiative for China’s vocational education,this paper investigates and analyzes the current market demands and relevant requirements for the network security talents.Combined with the talent training objectives concerning the discipline of the cyberspace security,this paper puts forward some suggestions in realms of the specialty group establishment,talent training modes,training bases,curriculum systems and“1+X”certificate,with a view to offering some references for building cyberspace security colleges and cyberspace security technology specialty group.
