摘要
法律硕士是国家为满足经济社会发展对高层次复合型、应用型法律人才的需要所设立的一种专业学位。本文针对法律硕士培养中存在的教学方式、实践教学、产教融合、合作育人机制等方面存在的不足,提出改革教学模式,完善实践教学,优化产教融合、合作育人机制,完善评价体系等对策,从而提高复合型、应用型法律实务人才培养质量。
In compliance with the requirements of the social and economic development,the Juris Master program has been carried out with the intention of nurturing application-oriented legal professionals with interdisciplinary competencies in China.However,in view of the deficiencies in the teaching mode,practical teaching,production-education integration and collaborative cultivation mechanism,the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures,which involve the reform of the teaching mode,the enhancement of the practical teaching,the optimization of production-education integration and the collaborative education mechanism,and the improvement of the evaluation system,with a view to boosting the quality of talents in this regard.
