摘要
采用曝气生物滤池与人工湿地的组合工艺处理污水厂尾水,根据单项试验优化各项运行参数,设计出了组合工艺的最优运行条件。其中曝气生物滤池最优滤料为内置式陶粒滤料,滤料厚度为1.8 m,设计滤速0.6 m/h,并选取生物陶粒和火山岩的质量比为2∶1的混合填料,作为人工湿地基质填料。在进水水质为一级A标准的尾水时,利用曝气生物滤池+人工湿地工艺深化处理后,出水的化学需氧量(COD)浓度从46.5 mg/L降至35.5 mg/L,生化需氧量(BOD)从8.8 mg/L降至4.4 mg/L,氨氮(NH _(3)-N)从6.9 mg/L降至1.36 mg/L,总氮(TN)从14.64 mg/L降至6.66 mg/L,总磷(TP)从0.325 mg/L降至0.226 mg/L。由此可见:出水的各项水质标准均达到《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅳ类水质标准。
The combined process of biological aerated filter(BAF)and constructed wetland was used to treat the tail water of wastewater treatment plant.According to the single test,the operation parameters were optimized and the optimal operation conditions of the combined process were designed.The optimal filter material for biological aerated filter is embedded ceramist filter material.The filter material thickness is 1.8m,and the design filter speed is 0.6m/h.The mixed filler with a mass ratio of biological ceramist to volcanic rock of 2:1 was selected as the matrix filler of constructed wetland.Biological aerated filter(BAF)and constructed wetland technology were used to deepen the treatment.The effluent chemical oxygen demand(COD)concentration decreased from 46.5 mg/L to 35.5 mg/L;biochemical oxygen demand(BOD)decreased from 8.8 mg/L to 4.4 mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)decreased from 6.9 mg/L to 1.36 mg/L.Total nitrogen(TN)decreased from 14.64 mg/L to 6.66 mg/L,and total phosphorus(TP)decreased from 0.325 mg/L to 0.226 mg/L.All the water quality standards of effluent can meet Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water classⅣwater quality standards.
