测量高锰酸盐指数标准样品的方法探讨

摘要 高锰酸盐指数是地表水分析中的重要指标,是地表水和地下水受还原性无机物和有机物污染的重要衡量尺度,也是能力验证的必考项目。总结了高锰酸盐指数标准样品测定的实验室方案设计、稀释方法、计算公式修正,对标样测定结果偏高的问题进行了分析探讨,通过对6个不同浓度标准样品的实验测定,以及不同人员比对结果,得出了在标样测试时,要充分考虑稀释用水对结果带来的影响,选用改进后的修正公式进行计算,以提高测定的准确度。 Permanganate index is an important indicator in surface water analysis and an important measure of surface water and groundwater pollution by reducing inorganic and organic matter.It is also a must-test item for proficiency testing.This paper summarizes the laboratory program design,dilution method,and calculation formula correction for the determination of permanganate index standard samples,and analyzes and discusses the problem of high standard sample determination results.Through the experimental determination of six standard samples with different concentrations,as well as the comparison results between different personnel,it is concluded that the influence of dilution water on the results should be fully considered in the standard sample test,and the modified formula is used to calculate,so as to improve the accuracy of the determination.
