苏州某填埋场剩余库容分析及应急处理建议 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了生活垃圾填埋场运营背景,调查了填埋场近7年的垃圾填埋数据,分析了填埋场的剩余库容,预测了剩余库容的可用填埋时间并给出了应急填埋方案。生活垃圾填埋场将于2021年6月20日填满,而垃圾焚烧发电厂二期2021年10月31日投产,需要解决垃圾焚烧发电厂二期投产前垃圾的处置问题。综合分析了该行政区的用地限制和填埋场现场的可利用空间,提出了在现有垃圾填埋库顶部纵向加高填埋和改造渗滤液调节池为垃圾填埋库的应急填埋方案,并利用CASS软件测算了应急填埋库的库容,结果表明:应急方案可解决垃圾焚烧发电厂二期投产前垃圾的处置难题,并预测了至2021年10月31日前垃圾填埋量与各填埋库剩余库容的关系。旨在为存在类似问题的填埋场的运营提供参考。 This paper introduces the operation background of domestic waste landfill,investigates the landfill data in recent seven years,analyzes the residual capacity of the landfill,predicts the available landfill time of the residual capacity,and gives the emergency landfill scheme.The domestic waste landfill will be filled on June 20,2021,while the second phase of the waste to energy power plant will be put into operation on October 31,2021.So,it is necessary to solve the problem of waste disposal before the second phase of the waste to energy power plant is put into operation.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the land use restriction and the available space of the landfill site in the administrative region,this paper puts forward the emergency landfill scheme of increasing the landfill height vertically on the top of the existing landfill and transforming the leachate regulating tank as the landfill,and calculates the storage capacity of the emergency landfill by Cass software,which shows that the emergency scheme can solve the problem of garbage disposal before the second phase of the waste incineration power plant is put into operation.The relationship between the landfill volume and the remaining capacity of each landfill by October 31,2021 is predicted.The purpose of this paper is to guide the operation of landfills with similar problems.
