村规民约惩罚措施研究——以F省Q市Y县TC镇为例

党的十八届四中全会将村规民约作为一个重要的社会治理手段写进了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,希望村规民约在乡村振兴中展示固有的文化实力。而村规民约罚则的规范有助于村规民约的完善,从而进一步培育农村群众正确的价值观。以F省Q市Y县TC镇为例,分析当前村规民约惩罚措施制定情况及类型,提出规范村规民约罚则的对策,即明确村规民约罚则界限;确保村规民约罚则具体明确,具有针对性;确保村规民约罚则能够严格落实。
