摘要
使用不同浓度的菌根菌肥料对一年生榉树苗木进行试验,研究了在不同处理下榉树苗木的高生长量、地径生长量、高径比、根系总长、根系表面积、移栽成活率,结果发现:不同浓度的菌根菌肥料对榉树一年生幼苗期的效果均有一定促进作用,不同浓度的处理结果差异显著,采用200 mg/L浓度的菌根菌肥料效果最佳;从月际变化看,4、5月份生长最快,6、7月份次之,7~10月份占比较小。从生长量来看,苗高高出对照25.52%,地径高出对照25.67%,根系表面积高出对照116.41%,根系表面积高出对照19.20%。
The 1-year-old seedlings of Zelkova schneideriana were tested with different concentrations of mycorrhizal fungi fertilizer.The height growth,ground diameter growth,height-diameter ratio,total root length,root surface area and transplanting survival rate of Zelkova schneideriana seedlings under different treatments were studied.It was found that different concentrations of mycorrhizal fungi fertilizer had a certain role in promoting the effect of 1-year-old seedlings of Zelkova schneideriana.The results of different concentrations were significantly different.The effect of 200 mg/L mycorrhizal fungi fertilizer was the best.From the monthly change,April and May grew fastest;June and July followed;July,August,September and October accounted for relatively small.In terms of growth,seedling height was 25.52%higher than that of the control;ground diameter was 25.67%higher than that of the control;root surface area was 116.41%higher than that of the control,and root surface area was 19.20%higher than that of the control.
