“十三五”时期贵州省土地整治项目时空分异格局分析

Analysis of Spatial and Temporal Differentiation Patterns of Land Consolidation Projects in Guizhou Province During the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

摘要 从不同空间尺度分析了“十三五”时期贵州省土地整治项目的分布特征,基于2016~2020年已完成验收入库的土地整治项目数据,以县域为评价单元,采用核密度法、重心模型法和空间自相关模型法,探讨了贵州省土地整治项目在不同空间尺度的分布特征,分析了重心转移和空间格局演变特征。结果表明:①经空间自相关分析,贵州省土地整治项目之间存在较显著的空间正相关性;②全省整体整治空间分布不均衡,高密度主要聚集在遵义、黔南州和黔西南地区,新增耕地核密度集中连片,高标准农田建设规模密度图零星分散;③全省土地整治重心均从中部贵阳市出发,期间多在开阳县振荡迁移,随后向北部迁移,最后重心均落在凤冈县,与空间自相关和核密度分析结果相符。明确了贵州省土地整治规划重心在遵义市、黔南州和黔西南州,提出了今后土地整治发展方向在于适时适度地向周边地区扩散,同时应加大高标准农田建设力度,有利于优化贵州省土地空间开发利用格局。可为制定下一阶段贵州省土地整治规划及优化国土空间布局提供决策参考。 Analyzing the distribution characteristics of land consolidation projects in Guizhou Province from different spatial scales during the 13th Five-Year Plans period can provide a decision-making reference for formulating the next stage of land consolidation planning in Guizhou Province and optimizing the spatial layout of national land.Based on the data of land consolidation projects that have been checked into the database from 2016 to 2020,this paper takes the county as the evaluation unit,and uses the kernel density method,the center of gravity model method and the spatial autocorrelation model method to discuss the land consolidation projects in Guizhou Province at different spatial scales.The distribution characteristics of the center of gravity and the evolution characteristics of the spatial pattern were analyzed.The research shows that:①According to the spatial autocorrelation analysis,there is a significant positive spatial correlation between land consolidation projects in Guizhou Province;②The overall spatial distribution of land consolidation in the province is unbalanced,with high densities mainly concentrated in Zunyi,Qiannan and Southwest Guizhou.The core density of newly-added cultivated land is concentrated and contiguous,and the density map of high-standard farmland construction scale is scattered;③The center of gravity of land remediation in the whole province starts from Guiyang City in the central part,and during this period,it mostly oscillates and migrates in Kaiyang County,and then migrates to the north.Finally,the center of gravity even falls in Fenggang County,which is consistent with the results of spatial autocorrelation and kernel density analysis.This paper clarifies that the focus of land consolidation planning in Guizhou Province is in Zunyi City,Qiannan Prefecture and Qianxinan Prefecture.In the future,the development direction of land consolidation is to spread to surrounding areas in a timely and appropriate manner,which is conducive to optimizing the land in Guizhou Province as wll as spatial development and utilization patterns.
