基于相移法的FCD600光纤色散测试系统研制

摘要 光纤光缆色散的准确测定对于光通信网络的设计非常重要。遵循光纤色散测试标准(IEC 60793、GB/T 15972)设计了自动高精度专用FCD600光纤色散测试系统。该测试系统通过各项测试参数数学模型的建立、高稳定度分光光源的实现、高性能高频相位的测试、系统集成技术的研究,实现了光纤光缆色散、应变等参数的准确测试。与样品光纤及国外同类测试仪器的比对试验表明该测试系统的测试数据准确可靠。 The accurate measurement of dispersion of optical fiber and cable is very important for the design of optical communication network. According to the optical fiber dispersion measurement standards(IEC 60793, GB/T 15972), an automatic high-precision special FCD600 optical fiber dispersion measurement system is designed. Through the establishment of mathematical models of various test parameters, the realization of high-stability spectroscopic light source, the test of high-performance high-frequency phase and the research of system integration technology, the measurement system realizes the accurate measurement of dispersion, strain and other parameters of optical fiber and cable. The comparison tests with standard sample optical fiber and foreign similar measurement instrument show that the measured data of the measurement system is accurate and reliable.
