摘要 针对传统10 kV铝芯、钢芯铝绞线芯、高强度铝合金芯架空绝缘电缆的振动断线、进水、节能效果较差、线路维护不便等问题,改进设计了节能型高耐磨架空绝缘电缆。该电缆采用LHA4铝合金线作为导体,实现了20℃导体直流电阻大幅度降低,达到节能效果,并显著提升电缆的抗重覆冰过载和大应力过载能力;采用本色交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘和黑色耐候高耐磨尼龙护套,在保持电缆自重较轻的情况下,实现了电缆优异的电绝缘性能和耐磨性能,提高了架空绝缘配电线路维护的便利性。该电缆综合性能优异、全寿命周期经济运行更好,有助于提升整个配电线路设计和建设水平。 Aiming at the problems of vibration broken line, water inflow, poor energy-saving effect and inconvenient line maintenance of traditional 10 kV overhead insulated cables with aluminum core, steel cored aluminum strand core and high-strength aluminum alloy core, the energy-saving high wear-resistant overhead insulated cable is improved and designed. The LHA4 aluminum alloy wire is used as the conductor of the cable, which greatly reduces the DC resistance of the conductor at 20 ℃, achieves the effect of energy-saving, and significantly improves the anti-icing overload and high stress overload capacity of the cable. The cable adopts natural color XLPE insulation and black weather-resistant high wear-resistant nylon sheath, which achieves excellent electrical insulation performance and wear-resistance of the cable while maintaining the light weight of the cable, and improves the convenience of overhead insulated cable distribution line maintenance. The cable has excellent comprehensive performance and better economic operation in the whole life cycle, which is helpful to improve the design and construction level of the whole distribution line.
