摘要
以廉价易得的1,8-二羟基蒽醌和1,4-二羟基蒽醌为起始原料,制备了关键中间产物1,8,13,16-四羟基三蝶烯和1,4,5,8-四羟基三蝶烯,然后分别与三氟甲磺酸酐发生酯化反应,得到了1,8,13,16-四[(三氟甲磺酰基)氧基]三蝶烯和1,4,5,8-四[(三氟甲磺酰基)氧基]三蝶烯,收率分别为46.2%和70.5%。产物结构通过HRMS、^(1)HNMR、^(19)FNMR确认。
Key intermediates 1,8,13,16-tetrahydroxytriptycene and 1,4,5,8-tetrahydroxytriptycene,prepared from cheap and readily available raw materials 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone and 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone,were esterified respectively with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride to obtain 1,8,13,16-tetra[(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)oxy]triptycene and 1,4,5,8-tetra[(trifluoromethanes ulfonyl)oxy]triptycene with an individual yield of 46.2%and 70.5%.The structure of synthesized products were further confirmed by HRMS,~1HNMR andFNMR.
