团体认知行为治疗改善慢性病患者抑郁与焦虑水平的效果评价

Effects of group Cognitive Behavior Therapy on Chronic patients with Depression and Anxiety

目的探讨团体认知行为治疗对伴发抑郁,焦虑的慢性病患者的干预效果。方法按照社区随机分组。对照组接受为期8周的常规健康教育,干预组额外开展每周1次的团体认知行为干预。前后采用病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9),广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7),简明健康状况调查问卷第二版(SF-36v2)评估。结果重复测量方差分析显示,干预后两组抑郁和焦虑量表得分降低差异显著,存在时间×组别交互作用。结论团体认知行为治疗有助于改善慢性病患者的抑郁,焦虑情绪。仍建议结合不同慢性病人群的心理特点设计具有针对性的团体心理干预举措。

Objective To explore the effect of group cognitive behavioral therapy on improving the depressive and anxiety status of the patients with chronic disease(hypertension and diabetes).Methods Patients with chronic disease and depressive and anxiety status were included.They were randomly divided into 2 groups after enrolled according to the community.8-weeks general healthy education were offered to the participants both in the control and intervention group.Besides,an additional cognitive behavioral therapy were offered for the participants in the intervention group.The Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9),General Anxiety Scale(GAD-7),and the Version 2 of The SF-36 Health Survey(SF-36v2)questionnaires were used to measure the degree of depression and anxiety for each participants before and after intervention.Results The results of two-way repeated measures of ANOVA showed there existed a significant interactive effect(time*group)for depressive and anxiety status.Conclusion Group cognitive-behavioral therapy can help to improve the depressive and anxiety status of patients with chronic diseases.However,it is still needed to design the specific intervention for the patients with different chronic diseases for further design.
