家长课堂指导训练及心理干预对脑瘫患儿照顾者的养育心理灵活性,创伤后成长及自我感受负担的影响 被引量:9

The influence of parent classroom guidance training and psychological intervention on parenting mental flexibility,post-traumatic growth and self-perceived burden of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy

摘要 目的探讨家长课堂指导训练联合心理干预对脑瘫患儿照顾者的养育心理灵活性,创伤后成长及自我感受负担的影响。方法选取我科2018年8月~2020年10月期间89例脑瘫患儿照顾者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为两组,对照组44例给予采用常规干预方式,观察组45例在对照组基础上增加"家长课堂"指导训练,对比两组患儿照顾者养育心理灵活性,创伤后成长,自我感受负担。结果干预前两组养育心理灵活性,焦虑,抑郁,自我感受负担,创伤后成长等各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组认知理解,接纳和承诺行动,与他人关系,个人力量,新的可能性,人生哲学,自我改变等得分高于对照组,焦虑,抑郁,经济负担,情感负担,身体负担,自我感受负担总分等低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家长课堂指导训练联合心理干预对脑瘫患儿照顾者具有显著干预效果,可以明显改善照顾者养育心理灵活性,降低自我感受负担,促进创伤后成长。 Objective To explore the effects of parental classroom guidance training combined with psychological intervention on the mental flexibility,post-traumatic growth and self-perceive burden of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy.Methods From August 2018 to October 2020 in our department,89 cases of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by lottery.The control group was given conventional interventions for 44 cases and the observation group was 45 cases.On the basis of the control group,"Parent Class"guidance training was added,and the two groups of children's caregivers were compared with their parenting mental flexibility,post-traumatic growth,and self-experience burden.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of nurturing mental flexibility,anxiety,depression,self-perceived burden,and post-traumatic growth between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had cognitive dissociation,acceptance and commitment The scores of action,relationship with others,personal strength,new possibilities,philosophy of life,and self-change are higher than those of the control group,while the total scores of anxiety,depression,financial burden,emotional burden,physical burden,and self-feeling burden are lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents'classroom guidance training combined with psychological intervention has a significant intervention effect on caregivers of children with cerebral palsy,which can significantly improve the mental flexibility of caregivers in nurturing,reduce the burden of self-feeling,and promote post-traumatic growth.
