摘要
目的探讨回授法教育模式对食管癌术后患者的营养状况和心理状态的影响。方法采用随机数表法将我院113例食管癌术后患者随机分为两组,对照组56例实施常规术后管理,观察组57例联合回授法教育模式进行干预,对比两组患者干预前后营养状态,睡眠质量和生活质量。结果干预后观察组患者转铁蛋白,铁蛋白,视黄醇结合蛋白以及前白蛋白含量高于对照组,欧洲QLQ-C30量表各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI),抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论回授法教育模式可以提高食管癌术后患者的营养状态,改善患者睡眠质量和心理情绪,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effects of feedback education mode on the nutritional and psychological status of patients with esophageal cancer after operation.Methods 113 patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.56 cases in the control group were treated with routine postoperative management,and 57 cases in the observation group were treated with combined feedback education mode for intervention.The nutritional status,sleep quality and life quality of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the contents of transferrin,ferritin,retinol-binding protein and prealbumin in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the scores of European QLQ-C30 scale were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback education mode can improve the nutritional status of patients after esophageal cancer surgery,improve the sleep quality and mood of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
