摘要
通过对棉织物进行羧基化改性,使MOF-Keggin型多酸在棉织物上实现原位生长,制备得到MOF-Keggin型多酸棉织物。通过研究棉织物羧基化改性、金属离子水溶液反应时间、有机配体溶液和多金属氧酸盐水溶液反应时间使所制备的MOF-Keg⁃gin型多酸能够在棉织物表面均匀生长,采用SEM、FT-IR、TG等测试对MOF-Keggin型多酸棉织物的表面形貌和热性能进行表征。结果表明:对棉织物进行羧基化改性后,可以在棉织物上形成多活性位点,当改性棉织物与金属离子水溶液反应7 h,再与有机配体溶液和多金属氧酸盐水溶液反应15 h时,制备的MOF-Keggin型多酸在棉织物上实现原位生长,同时该棉织物具有良好的热稳定性,即经过原位生长的棉织物初始分解温度从329.63℃升高至352.73℃,终止点温度从386.68℃升高至444.92℃。
In order to increase the added value of cotton fabric and improve its thermal stability,the cot⁃ton fabric was modified by carboxylation to make MOF-Keggin type polyacid grow in situ on the cotton fabric.By studying the carboxyl modification of cotton fabric,the reaction time of metal ion aqueous solution,the re⁃action time of organic ligand solution and polyoxometalate solution,the MOF-Keggin type polyacid could grow uniformly on the surface of cotton fabric.The surface morphology and thermal properties of MOF-Keggin type polyacid cotton fabric were characterized by SEM,FT-IR and TG.The results showed that after carboxyl⁃ation of cotton fabric,many active sites could be formed on the cotton fabric.When the modified cotton fabric reacted with metal ion aqueous solution for 7 h,then reacted with organic ligand solution and polyoxometalate solution for 15 h,the MOF-Keggin type polyacid could grow in situ on the cotton fabric,and the cotton fabric had good thermal stability.The initial decomposition temperature of the in situ grown cotton fabric increased from 329.63℃to 352.73℃,and the end point temperature increases from 386.68℃to 444.92℃.
