固色条件及pH对活性染料轧染色光的影响

Effects of fixing conditions and pH on pad dyeing light of reactive dyes

研究不同固色工艺中元明粉、纯碱用量以及后整理工作液pH对布面色光的影响,通过测试染色后样布的色度学参数,发现元明粉和纯碱用量以及后整理工作液pH对活性染料轧染色光有显著影响。

The influence of different fixation process of sodium sulfate,soda ash and pH of finishing solu⁃tion on the color light of cloth surface was studied.By testing the colorimetric parameters of dyed sample cloth,it was found that the amount of sodium sulfate and soda ash and the pH of finishing solution had a sig⁃nificant effect on the color light of pad dyeing with reactive dyes.
