摘要
本文以电力机车牵引变流器为研究对象,根据SPWM整流器工作原理和GTO工作特性,并结合实际运行工况,针对牵引变流器整流电路脉冲触发方式,利用Matlab/Simulink建立了牵引变流器单相桥式全控整流电路仿真系统,实现了单相桥式整流电路的定性和定量分析。
This paper takes the traction converter of electric locomotive as the research object.According to the SPWM rectifier working principle and GTO working characteristics,and combined with the actual running conditions of electric locomotive,as well as for traction converter rectifier circuit pulse trigger mode,a single-phase bridge rectifier circuit simulation system for traction converter is established by Matlab/Simulink,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of single-phase bridge rectifier circuit is realized.
