基于混凝土大坝裂缝修补材料的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本试验利用活性稀释剂、硅烷偶联剂、SiO2粒子、脂肪族异氰酸酯(B1、B2)和聚天门氡氨酸酯等原材料制备裂缝修补复合材料,从而有效防止混凝土性能的裂化。然后采用万能试验机分析材料断裂伸长率和抗拉强度受不同种类异氰酸酯的影响,通过对异氰酸酯用量及种类的调整制备能够满足力学性能要求的裂缝修补材料。结果表明,将制备的复合材料涂刷在混凝土表面可以有效改善其抗冲磨、抗碳化和抗冻性能,对于提高混凝土耐久性发挥着显著作用,其实际应用效果良好。 In this experiment,the active diluent,silane coupling agent,SiO2 particles,aliphatic isocyanate(B1,B2)and polylenate radon ester were used to prepare the crack repair composite material,so as to effectively prevent cracking of concrete properties.Then universal testing machine was used to analyze the influence of different kinds of isocyanate on the elongation at break and tensile strength of the material.By adjusting the amount and types of isocyanate,the crack repair material that can meet the requirements of mechanical properties was prepared.The results show that the composite coating on the surface of concrete can effectively improve its anti-wear,carbonization and anti-freeze properties,and play a significant role in improving the durability of concrete,and its practical application effect is good.
