运营区间双向中断下城市轨道交通列车运行调整 被引量:4

摘要 针对运营区间双向中断下的城市轨道交通列车运行调整问题,提出了在中断区间两侧利用渡线开行小交路的开行方案.考虑中断线路及与之衔接的其他线路,以减少乘客总等待时间为优化目标,构建涵盖中断阶段和恢复阶段的网络列车时刻表协同调整模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解.以国内某城市地铁局部线路的实际运营数据为例,对运营区间双向中断下城市轨道交通列车运行进行调整.结果表明:小交路调整策略能较好地保证城市轨道交通在运营中断下的服务水平,与单线列车时刻表调整相比,所提出的网络列车时刻表协同调整模型可使超出列车容量的乘客总人数减少15.0%,乘客总等待时间减少3.9%,能够更好地应对运营中断事件,提高运营效率. Aiming at the problem of train rescheduling of urban rail transit(URT)under bi-directional interruption in the operation section,a scheme which organizes the short routing operation by using the crossover on both sides of interruption interval was proposed.Considering the interruption line and other lines connected with them to reduce the total passenger waiting time as the optimization goal,a collaborative adjustment model of network train schedule covering the interruption stage and recovery stage was established,which was solved by the genetic algorithm.Taking the actual operation data of an URT line in a city as an example,the train operation of URT was adjusted under the bi-directional interruption of operation interval.Results show that the service level under the interruption of URT can be ensured by using the short routing operation organization scheme.Compared with the single track train timetable adjustment strategy,the proposed model can reduce the total number of passengers exceeding the train capacity by 15.0%and the total waiting time of passengers by 3.9%,which can better respond to operational interruptions and improve operational efficiency.
