丁苯酞注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Curative Effect of Butylphthalide Injection on Progressive Cerebral Infarction and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:探究丁苯酞注射液对进展性脑梗死患者的治疗效果以及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年8月至2022年2月曹县人民医院神经内科收治的进展性脑梗死患者160例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组给予常规抗血小板治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合静脉滴注丁苯酞注射液治疗,观察2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血液炎症介质水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)与改良Rankin评分量表(mRS)评分和睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为72.50%,显著低于观察组的91.25%(P<0.05);2组患者hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平均显著降低,且观察组患者水平更低(均P<0.05);2组患者NIHSS与mRS评分均显著降低,且观察组患者2项评分更低(均P<0.05);2组患者觉醒次数、睡眠潜伏期、REM睡眠潜伏期、REM睡眠期比例、总睡眠时间和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞注射液能够显著改善进展性脑梗死患者炎症介质水平,降低脑部神经损伤,提高机体日常生活自理能力,提升睡眠质量,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of butylphthalide injection on patients with progressive cerebral infarction and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 160 patients with progressive cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in Cao County People′s Hospital from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional antiplatelet therapy,and the observation group was combined with intravenous infusion of butylphthalide injection on the basis of the control group.The observation group received clinical efficacy,blood inflammatory mediator levels,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Modified Rankin Rating Scale(mRS)scores,and sleep quality before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 72.50%,which was significantly lower than 91.25%in the control group(P<0.05).Hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower(P s<0.05).NIHSS and mRS scores in both groups were significantly decreased,and the two scores in the treatment group were lower(P s<0.05).The proportion,total sleep time and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were significantly improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide injection can significantly improve the level of inflammatory mediators in patients,reduce brain nerve damage,improve the body′s ability to take care of itself in daily life,and improve sleep quality,with significant clinical efficacy.
