中成药刺五加脑灵合剂治疗神经衰弱的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Ciwujia Naoling Mixture on Neurasthenia and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨中成药刺五加脑灵合剂治疗神经衰弱的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2020年12月聊城市第二人民医院收治的神经衰弱患者100例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组用药治疗基础上加用刺五加脑灵合剂进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗的总有效率,治疗前后情绪及生命质量改善情况,治疗前后睡眠质量改善情况以及药物不良反应,评价刺五加脑灵合剂在神经衰弱患者中的临床治疗效果及对睡眠质量的影响。结果:观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较治疗前显著降低,生命质量(QOL)评分均较治疗前显著升高(均P<0.05),但观察组患者SAS评分和SDS评分降低更加显著,QOL评分升高地更加显著(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后总睡眠时间、REM睡眠时间、睡眠效率均较治疗前升高,睡眠潜伏期、觉醒时间和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05);而观察组患者的总睡眠时间、REM睡眠时间、睡眠效率升高更加显著,睡眠潜伏期、觉醒时间和PSQI评分降低更加显著(均P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中成药刺五加脑灵合剂有助于改善神经衰弱患者的睡眠质量,提高生命质量,减轻焦虑抑郁症状,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ciwujia Naoling mixture on neurasthenia and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients with neurasthenia treated in Liaocheng Second People′s Hospital from May 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Ciwujia Naoling mixture on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The total effective rate,the improvement of mood and quality of life before and after treatment,the improvement of sleep quality and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical therapeutic effect of Ciwujia Naoling mixture in patients with neurasthenia and its impact on sleep quality were evaluated.Results:All patients were able to take medicine according to the course of treatment,and there were no serious adverse drug reactions.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P s<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of Quality of Life(QOL)were significantly higher than those before treatment(P s<0.05).However,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group decreased more significantly,and the scores of QOL increased more significantly(P<0.05).The total sleep time,REM sleep time and sleep efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the sleep latency,awakening time and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score were lower than those before treatment(P s<0.05).In the observation group,the total sleep time,REM sleep time and sleep efficiency increased more significantly,and the sleep latency,awakening time and PSQI score decreased more significantly(P s<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ciwujia Naoling mixture,a Chinese patent medicine,is helpful to improve the sleep of patients with neurasthenia,improve the quality of life,reduce anxiety and depression,and has high application value.
