慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者护理中优质护理的应用效果及对睡眠质量的作用研究

Study on the Effect of High-quality Nursing and Its Effect on Sleep Quality in the Nursing of Patients with Chronic Gastritis Complicated with Peptic Ulcer

目的:探究慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者护理中优质护理的应用效果及对睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年11月福建省南平市第一医院收治的慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用优质护理。比较分析2组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后,负性情绪指标、营养状态指标、睡眠质量指标、生命质量指标均明显改善,且各数据与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。比较2组患者治疗有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后腹胀症状评分、腹痛症状评分、呕吐症状评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者实施优质护理,可有效消除临床症状,促进治疗,改善营养状态,同时还有助于改善不良情绪和心理状态,提高睡眠质量,提高患者的生命质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcer and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 72 cases of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer admitted to the First Hospital of Nanping City in Fujian Province from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and high-quality nursing was used in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After nursing,the negative emotion index,nutritional status index,sleep quality index and quality of life index of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group(P s<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can effectively eliminate clinical symptoms,promote treatment,improve nutritional status,help to improve bad mood and psychological status,improve sleep quality,and improve the quality of life of patients.
