预防性护理流程对神经内科失禁皮炎患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Preventive Nursing Process on Sleep Quality of Incontinence Dermatitis Patients in Neurology Department

目的:分析预防性护理流程对神经内科失禁皮炎患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年6月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的神经内科失禁患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。给予对照组常规护理干预,观察组患者则在此基础上配合预防性护理流程干预,2组患者的性别比例、年龄的比较无明显差异,对比2组护理后神经内科失禁皮炎发生率及其严重程度,护理前后的睡眠质量及护理满意度。结果:护理前,2组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组神经内科失禁皮炎发生率及其严重程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理流程在神经内科失禁患者的管理中,可有效降低失禁性皮炎发生率,改善其睡眠质量,从而提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of preventive nursing process on the sleep quality of patients with incontinence dermatitis in the Department of Neurology.Methods:A total of 78 patients with incontinence in the Department of Neurology admitted to the First Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given to the control group,while the patients in the observation group cooperated with preventive nursing process intervention on the basis of the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender ratio and age.The incidence and severity of incontinence dermatitis in neurology after nursing,sleep quality before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence and severity score of incontinence dermatitis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preventive nursing process can effectively reduce the incidence of incontinent dermatitis in the management of patients with incontinence in the department of neurology,improve their sleep quality,and improve nursing satisfaction.
