赋能教育护理对脑梗死患者睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Empowering Education Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究赋能教育护理对脑梗死患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年12月德州市中医院收治的脑梗死患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者实施常规护理及健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上实施赋能教育护理,2组患者共干预4周。比较2组患者干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分变化情况及满意度情况。结果:2组患者实施赋能教育干预前PSQI评分经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组患者PSQI评分均降低,且观察组患者PSQI评分显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施赋能教育教育后,对照组患者满意度为75.56%,观察组患者满意度为93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赋能教育护理能够显著改善脑梗死患者睡眠质量,提高满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of empowering education nursing on sleep quality in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and health education,and the patients in the observation group were given empowering education nursing on the basis of the control group.The patients in the two groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score changes and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before the empowering education intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI scores of the two groups were decreased,and the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementing empowering education nursing,the satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 75.56%,and the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 93.33%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowering education nursing can significantly improve sleep quality and satisfaction of patients with cerebral infarction.
