重症肌无力患者睡眠质量的影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Sleep Quality in Patients with Myasthenia Gravis

目的:针对重症肌无力患者的睡眠质量进行调查,探讨其睡眠质量影响因素。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年3月福建省立医院收治的重症肌无力患者120例作为研究对象,对其睡眠情况、情绪、一般情况等进行收集和分析。结果:本研究的重症肌无力患者睡眠质量评分总分为(9.81±2.67)分,其中94例患者的个人评分在7分以上,78.33%的患者存在睡眠障碍,整体睡眠质量不佳。患者的平均焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(46.76±4.73)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(45.87±5.02)分,显示有80.83%和78.33%的患者的睡眠质量受焦虑、抑郁情绪影响;还有结果显示有65%的患者受疾病因素影响,23.33%的患者受医疗因素影响,78.33%的患者受心理因素影响,10.00%的患者受环境因素影响。结论:睡眠障碍在重症肌无力患者中已经较为普遍,焦虑、抑郁、疾病、医疗、心理、环境等各项因素均与患者的睡眠障碍正相关,可见以上因素均为导致患者出现睡眠障碍的影响因素,所以要给予患者高质量专科护理,以促使患者的睡眠障碍得到缓解。

Objective:To investigate the sleep quality of patients with myasthenia gravis,and to explore the factors affecting sleep quality.Methods:A total of 120 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and their sleep,mood and general conditions were collected and analyzed.Results:The total score of sleep quality of patients with myasthenia gravis in this study was(9.81±2.67),of which 94 patients had a personal score of more than 7 points,78.33%of the patients had sleep disorders,and the overall sleep quality was poor.The average score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was(46.76±4.73)and that of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was(45.87±5.02).It showed that 80.83%and 78.33%of patients′sleep quality was affected by anxiety and depression respectively.The results also showed that 65%of patients were affected by disease factors,23.33%by medical factors,78.33%by psychological factors,and 10.00%by environmental factors.Conclusion:Sleep disorders are common in myasthenia gravis patients.Anxiety,depression,disease,medical treatment,psychology,environment and other factors are positively correlated with patients′sleep disorders.It can be seen that the above factors are the influencing factors leading to patients′sleep disorders.Therefore,high-quality specialized nursing should be given to patients to promote the alleviation of patients′sleep disorders.
