癌痛规范化护理流程对肺癌患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Standardized Nursing Process on Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:分析在肺癌癌痛护理中规范化护理流程应用后对肺癌患者睡眠质量和癌痛的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年4月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的肺癌患者83例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=42)。观察组采用癌痛规范护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量和生命质量。结果:护理后,观察组疼痛程度评分[(2.31±0.86)分]低于对照组[(4.45±1.16)分],2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分[(6.65±1.48)分]优于对照组[(10.72±1.43)分],2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生命质量评分高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌护理中针对癌症疼痛实施规范护理流程,可缓解癌痛,改善患者的生命质量和睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the changes of sleep quality and cancer pain after the application of standardized nursing process in lung cancer pain nursing.Methods:A total of 83 patients with lung cancer from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing mode,41 patients in observation group(standardized nursing of cancer pain)and 42 patients in control group(routine nursing).The pain degree,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain degree of observation group[(2.31±0.86)points]was lighter than that in control group[(4.45±1.16)points](P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of observation group[(6.65±1.48)points]was better than control group[(10.72±1.43)points](P<0.05).The quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing process for cancer pain in lung cancer nursing can alleviate cancer pain,improve the quality of life and sleep,and has a significant positive impact.
