摘要
通过研究中国天眼的反射面板、主索网结构原理,建立主动反射面形状调节的数学模型,解决了在反射面板调节约束下将反射面调节为工作抛物面的问题.通过确定一个理想抛物面方程和球面方程,根据抛物面在球面上的运动规律,借助计算机程序,数值模拟出工作抛物面的顶点坐标、主索节点编号、各促动器的伸缩量等数值.通过模拟验证,该模型能根据天体位置变化,将反射面调节为工作抛物面,使得该工作抛物面尽量贴近理想抛物面.
By studying the structural principle of the reflective panel and main cable net of the Chinese Sky Eye,the mathematical model of the shape adjustment of the active reflector was established to solve the problem of adjusting the reflector to a working paraboloid under the constraint of the adjustment of the reflective panel.By determining an ideal paraboloid equation and spherical equation,according to the motion law of the paraboloid on the spherical surface and with the help of computer program,the vertex coordinates of the working paraboloid,the number of main cable nodes and the expansion and contraction of each actuator were numerically simulated.Through simulation verification,the model can adjust the reflector to a working paraboloid according to the change of celestial body position,so that the working paraboloid was close to the ideal paraboloid as much as possible.
