掺杂SiC晶须的Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)环境障涂层的制备及性能

摘要 以SiC晶须作为增强相,增加Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)环境障涂层(EBC)的使用寿命.采用喷雾造粒和真空煅烧法制备改性和未改性纳米结构粉体,利用大气等离子喷涂的方法制备了掺杂SiC晶须的Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)涂层和未改性涂层,采用XRD,SEM等表征方法对粉体及涂层的形貌、相组成和抗热震性能进行了分析.结果表明,掺杂晶须的Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)涂层的抗热震性优于未改性涂层,涂层中存在晶须增韧的迹象,表明SiC晶须在一定程度上能有效提高涂层的使用寿命. The service life of Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)environmental barrier coating(EBC)is increased by using SiC whiskers as reinforcement phase.The modified and unmodified nanostructured powders were prepared by spray granulation and vacuum calcination,and the Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)coating and unmodified coating doped with SiC whiskers were prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying,and characterized by XRD,SEM,etc,the morphology,phase composition and thermal shock resistance of powder and coating were analyzed.The results show that the thermal shock resistance of the Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)coating doped with whiskers is better than that of the unmodified coating,and there are signs of whisker toughening in the coating,indicating that SiC whiskers can effectively improve the use of the coating to a certain extent life.
