摘要
量子秘钥分发系统中包含了偏振分束器、保偏滤波耦合器、波分复用器等多种光无源器件,如何实现系统小型化是目前急需解决的问题。本文提出了一种多器件微小空间混合集成技术,通过改变内部光无源器件的制作方式,实现了小型化封装的模块结构。
Quantum key distribution system contains polarization beam splitter,polarization-maintaining filtering coupler,Wavelength Division Multiple-xing(WDM)such as a variety of optical passive components,how to realize system miniaturization now is an urgent need to solve the problem This paper proposes a hybrid integration technology of the device small space,by changing the internal optical passive components production way,realize the miniaturization of encapsulation modular structure.
