摘要
本文通过对高职旅游专业产教融合的必要性和可行性及高职旅游教育特性进行梳理,结合高职旅游专业产教融合实践现状及产生的问题成因,基于职业教育生态理论和工作本位学习理论,提出构建“一个连接点、多元主体深度协同保障校企‘二元’育人、深化‘五个对接’”的高职旅游专业产教融合生态机制的建议:以学生为本位,提升教育教学质量效果;以工作本位学习理念为指导,完善实践教学体系;以能力、素养提升为目标,挖掘竞赛项目价值潜力,实现产教赛相融互促;以职业教育生态理念为指导,释放试点示范效应。
This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of industry-education integration,higher vocational tourism education characteristics,and the existing problems according to the current situation.Based on the ecological theory of vocational education and work-based learning theory,the suggestion of constructing an ecological mechanism of industry-education integration for higher vocational tourism education with"one con⁃nection point,a deep collaboration of multiple subjects to guarantee school-enterprise'dual'education and'five dockings'are put forward with the focus of high-quality devel⁃opment.That is,to improve the education quality and teaching effect through student-ori⁃ented standards;to perfect the practical teaching system under the guidance of the work oriented learning concept;to enhance professional ability and qualifications by tapping the value potential of competition projects,and realizing the mutual integration and pro⁃motion of industry-education competition;to release the pilot demonstration effect guided by the concept of vocational education ecology.
