摘要
在医疗卫生领域,蛋白质作为生物标志物是疾病预测、诊断和治疗的检测指标,是体外诊断结果的重要依据。常用的检测方法有酶联免疫吸附法、免疫荧光法、胶体金法等,但是这些方法不具有溯源性,导致检测结果没有可比性。目前,同位素稀释质谱法是一种被国际计量委员会认可,用于蛋白质含量测定的具有溯源性的方法。参加“同位素稀释质谱法在蛋白质测量能力计量比对”任务,能够考察实验室的人员检测水平,从而发现现存的弊端,并进行改善,进而提升参与者的专业水平。
In the field of medical and health,protein as biomarker is the detection index of disease prediction,diagnosis and treatment,and is an important basis for in vitro diagnosis.The commonly used detection methods include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunofluorescence assay,colloidal gold assay,etc.,but these methods are not traceable,leading to no comparison of detection results.At present,isotope dilution mass spectrometry is a traceable method approved by the International Committee of Weights and Measures for the determination of protein content.Participating in the task of"Measurement and Comparison of Protein Measurement Ability by Isotope Dilution Mass Spectrometry"can inspect the testing level of laboratory personnel,so as to find existing drawbacks and improve them,thus enhancing the professional level of participants.
